CSV Holdings Pty Ltd was established with Ntshebele News, a community newspaper. Ntshebele News has been publishing community stories as early as the 90’s living up to its motto: “Rural Rhythm”. The newspaper has continuously over the years, served the under-served communities with reliable information which was delivered at no cost.
